Tell Someone You Love Them

by rabbifink on January 28, 2011 · 0 comments

Background: A soldier in Afghanistan called a woman whom he thought was his girlfriend. He left her a very sweet, brutally honest message. The problem was that he called the wrong person. It sounds funny. It sounds like a Seinfeld or Curb Your Enthusiasm premise. But it’s real. And it’s heartrending.

I cried when I heard it and it reminded me to tell those who are closest to me how much I care about them.

I hope it does the same for you.

And of course, if you know who the soldier or the girlfriend are, please help them find each other…
